Any material or artwork submitted by the customer to be used in producing items ordered will be accepted by Bold Promo as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection and that customer has the legal right to use the same in the ordered product. The customer represents that the use of copy or material on the items ordered will not violate any laws and Bold Promo disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customers’ copy or material. The customer agrees to hold Bold Promo harmless from and indemnify the same from any damages, costs, expenses when/if they arise under such laws as consequence of Bold Promo use of said copy or materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.

Bold Promo ships exact quantities as specified on the purchase order.

Due to price fluctuations, all prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available 24/7 at www.boldpromo.com

16. Production

The production time varies depending on the product and customization requested. Production time starts once the sales order has been approved. Changes cannot be made once a product is already in production.

17. Shipping

If you provide Bold Promo with a 3rd party freight account for shipping or choose a specific carrier, you assume full responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup.

Bold Promo is not responsible for any carrier or en-route delays regardless of the shipment method or carrier. For international shipments, we are required to declare the commercial value of the shipment.

Drop shipment charges apply after the 3rd location: a fee of of $8 USD + freight costs for each extra location will be added.
