We fully embrace The Global Goals initiative and have integrated the globalgoals.org framework into the very core of our business strategy.

Rather than viewing sustainability as a side project, we use these 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as our North Star, guiding our operational decisions, our supply chain partnerships, and our long-term ambitions. By aligning our growth with this universal call to action, we are committed to moving beyond “business as usual” to create a future that is inclusive, regenerative, and, above all, Bold.

Paying 100% of staff a verified living wage, moving beyond legal minimums to true economic security. Implementing a Wealth-Building Program with company-matched retirement contributions for all tiers.
Supporting local Miami food banks and shelters through volunteer hours and surplus donations. We aim to transform a portion of our Miami facility's outdoor space into a hydroponic urban farm. We will grow fresh produce for our employees and donate the surplus to local food-insecure families
We have phased out high-solvent inks in favor of water-based and OEKO-TEX® certified inks. These formulations are free from harmful phthalates and lead, reducing chemical exposure for our staff and end-users. Comprehensive health insurance and mental health days for every Bold Promo team member.
We provide every employee with access to an online training platform that can be used for any accredited course, from graphic design and coding to sustainable supply chain management. We aim to develop an internal certification program for our production and design teams. By 2027, 100% of our staff will be "AI-Fluent," capable of using generative tools to reduce operational waste and enhance creative output.
Maintaining a 0% gender pay gap and 50/50 representation in leadership roles. We aim to achieve a third-party "Equal Pay" certification (such as EDGE or Fair Pay Workplace) to ensure a 0% gender pay gap across all departments, from production to software engineering.
We have transitioned 90% of our apparel volume to heat-applied decoration methods. Unlike traditional screen printing, these methods require near-zero water for screen reclamation and chemical wash-downs. Exploring and piloting atmospheric water generation to provide "harvested-from-air" water for general facility cleaning, reducing our municipal withdrawals by a further 10%.
- Transitioned to 100% LED lighting.
- Applied a high-reflectivity thermal coating to our Miami facility roof, projected to reduce cooling energy consumption by 15-20%.
Installing a rooftop solar array on our Miami facility to power 50% of our daily energy needs.
Integrated "Fair Pay" clauses into our Tier 1 supplier Code of Conduct. Work with third-party auditors to verify that 100% of our global supply chain partners provide a living wage, moving beyond statutory minimums to true economic dignity.
Adopted PromoStandards and industry-specific APIs to streamline data exchange with distributors and partners. This digital infrastructure reduces paper waste and manual data entry errors across the entire supply chain. Leading an industry-wide initiative to integrate Environmental Impact Data (like carbon-per-unit) directly into the PromoStandards protocol, allowing every distributor to see the "Planet Cost" of their order.
We utilize Skill-Based Hiring for our production and tech roles, removing four-year degree requirements that often act as a barrier to talented individuals from non-traditional or self-taught backgrounds. By 2028, we aim to direct 25% of our annual local procurement spend to diverse-certified suppliers, helping to close the wealth gap within the promotional products supply chain.
Prioritizing Miami-based suppliers to reduce shipping distances and support the local economy. Transitioning company vehicles to 100% Electric Vehicles (EVs).
Completed the full digitalization of our production floor, making it 100% paperless. Replace physical spec-sampling with high-fidelity VR/AR mockups to eliminate the carbon footprint of shipping physical items and prevent thousands of units of "single-use" samples from entering the waste stream.
Completed a baseline carbon footprint assessment of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, starting our journey toward Net Zero. Transition our facilities to 100% renewable energy sources, accelerating our progress toward a Net Zero future.
Proudly partnering with 4Ocean to reduce plastic and trash in our oceans. Launching a recycling program where clients can return end-of-life synthetic promo items (polyester shirts, plastic sunglasses) for recycling into new textile fibers/raw pellets, ensuring they never become "marine debris."
Admin/office only use 100% FSC-Certified paper. Partnering with reforestation projects like Veritree to restore ecosystems.
Full transparency in our supply chain via the Master Supply Agreement and ethical contracts. Publishing an annual Open-Book Impact Report detailing our progress and setbacks.
Using the globalgoals.org official framework to audit our internal operations and communicate progress to our stakeholders. We aim to partner with 1% for the Planet to help achieve the Global Goals by supporting people and the planet.
